- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the original packaging
- Returns sent without written approval will be refused and are not eligible for a refund.
- If approved, a return address and instructions will be provided.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging and components.
- Used, opened, altered, installed, or customer-damaged items are not returnable.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt; items failing inspection are ineligible for refund.
Defective or Malfunctioning Appliances
- If an appliance is defective or malfunctions, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for evaluation.
- After 30 days, all repair, replacement, or service requests must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
- Manufacturer warranty information is included inside the product box.
- Further warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty program, not United Salon Supplies.
Hair Color Disclaimer
- Hair color results are not guaranteed.
- Shades may vary depending on application, developer strength, hair type, and pre-existing color.
- For shade or formulation questions, please consult the manufacturer directly prior to purchase.
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, deducted from the refund.
Incorrect Item Received
- If you receive an incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours.
- We will provide a prepaid return label once verified.
- The correct item will be shipped after the incorrect item is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds reflect all applicable deductions, including restocking fees and non-refundable shipping.

- Customers are responsible for the item until it is received and inspected at our facility.
