By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is strictly enforced.
Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 15 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery using the return request form and must include:

Clear photos of the product

Clear photos of the original packaging

Returns sent without approval will be refused and are not eligible for a refund.

If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in pristine, original condition, including all original packaging, seals, and components.

Opened or broken seals automatically disqualify an item from return.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Brushes and combs
-
Barber tools, including trimmers and clippers

Any used or opened hair treatments or hair products

Used, opened, altered, installed, or customer-damaged items will not be accepted.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that fail inspection are ineligible for refund.
Defective or Malfunctioning Appliances

Appliances that arrive defective or malfunctioning may be returned within 15 days of delivery for evaluation.

After 15 days, any warranty, service, or repair claims fall outside of United Salon Supplies’ return policy.

United Salon Supplies does not perform warranty repairs.
Hair Color Disclaimer

Final color results depend on application method, developer strength, processing time, hair condition, and existing color.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper formulation and application through a licensed professional.

Hair color products are final sale once opened or used.
Incorrect Item Received

Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Replacement items are shipped after the incorrect item is received and inspected.
Shipping & Fees

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and deducted from all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Returns must be unopened, unused, and in pristine condition to avoid additional deductions.

Items not meeting return condition requirements may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refund amounts reflect all applicable deductions, including original shipping charges.
Risk of Loss & Disputes

Customers assume full responsibility for all return shipments until they are received and inspected by United Salon Supplies.

Trackable and insured shipping is strongly recommended. United Salon Supplies is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Any request for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange that falls outside of this policy may be denied at our sole discretion.

United Salon Supplies’ responsibility for an order ends once the shipment is marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Any loss, damage, theft, delay, or missing items occurring after delivery is not the responsibility of United Salon Supplies.

Orders delivered to freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, third-party carriers, or package handling services are considered delivered once accepted by that service.
