How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday–Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in delivery estimates.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We may be able to update the shipping address before your order ships, but this is not guaranteed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Cancellation requests may be possible before the order ships, but are not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If tracking does not update for multiple business days, you can contact us to investigate. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier confirms the shipment status.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local post office or carrier first. If the delivery cannot be located, please reach out to us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
What if my package is returned to United Salon Supplies?
If a package is returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or an incorrect address, we will contact you once it is received to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges to reship the order may apply.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, submit a
return form
within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be unopened, unused, and in pristine condition. Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Are hair color products refundable if results are not as expected?
No. Hair color results can vary based on many factors, including hair condition, formulation choices, developer strength, and processing time. Hair color products are final sale once opened or used.
What if I don’t like the results after using a product?
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used hair color products
- Hair treatments, shampoos, or conditioners once opened
- Brushes, combs, and barber tools (trimmers, clippers)
Will I get a refund for original shipping charges?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A prepaid return label will be provided once verified.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We purchase directly from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors to ensure quality, safety, and authenticity.
I don’t see an expiration date on my product. Is that normal?
We ensure all products are fresh and suitable for use according to manufacturer standards. Some products, including hair color, are not labeled with an expiration date.
