SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days unless otherwise stated on a product page. If you have any concern about when an item will be shipped, please contact us prior to ordering. Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which cannot be delivered by the carrier, will have the customer be responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If there are charges for sending the item back to United Salon Supplies, the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Due to fraud risk, United Salon Supplies does not to permit customers re-routing of packages after placing an order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may arise which may need to cancel your order. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any order cancelled within 2-4 hours after you have placed your order. Please call or email us if you wish to cancel your order.

OUTSIDE USA
International Shipping will be calculated (based on total weight and destination) in real-time at checkout. International Shipping may take 7-21 business days to arrive.

PIBBS FREIGHT DELIVERY
Pibbs Furniture and Equipment orders will be delivered via freight delivery and may take two to three weeks to arrive. Our team will contact you via phone or email to schedule your furniture or equipment delivery. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. At times freight and handling fees may need to be adjusted as our shopping cart doesn't always provide 100% accurate quotes in real-time. In these instances, we'll get in touch with you prior to charging your credit card.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
While we do everything we can to ensure orders are properly packaged, occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this happens to you, we kindly ask that you take a picture of the damaged item and packaging and send it to info@unitedsalonsupplies.com. You will be required to provide a proof of damage. Contact United Salon Supplies customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier and unfortunately can be a time consuming process. We ask that you are understanding, and work with us to resolve any issues. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are taken care of.


RETURN POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT PIBBS INDUSTRIES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within thirty (30) days from date of receipt. Just make sure to contact customer service and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning the merchandise. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost. The shipping cost to you and return cost to us remains at your expense. Used items may incur a 15% restocking fee. Typically products returned in a new and sealed condition will have the restocking fee waived. We will not be accepting any returned items that have been damaged, scratched, marks, odors (cigarette, perfume, smell) or in any way different to the original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item. All items are inspected and checked carefully upon arrival.

Once the return arrives back to us, we'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 4-7 business days of arriving to us. Refund back to your card may take up to 2-10 days to post back on your statement.

FOR PIBBS INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS
Under Pibbs' Warranty, all shipping and handling charges (including courier charges) related to the warranted item shall be the responsibility of the final purchaser. Should an item need to be returned to Pibbs, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number MUST be obtained from Pibbs and be duly noted on all packages and communications. All returns are subject to a MINIMUM 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the consignee's expense.

A Few Conditions To Be Eligible for a Refund (for Pibbs Industries)

  • • You need to have the original packaging, materials and accessories.
  • • The product has to be in new and unused condition.
  • • You need to return the products to us within 30 days of delivery.
