*Mix BLONDME Blonde Hi-Lighting Cream 1:1 with BLONDME Premium Developer

 Application and Development:

• Apply to dry hair
• Apply the mixture immediately after preparation
• Do not apply to light blonde or pre-lightened hair
• Apply a generous quantity of the product to ensure the best possible lift, balance, and equalization
• Development time is 45 minutes
• Additional heat is NOT recommended
